Rebooting Your Minnow Pod

*Items needed to reboot the Minnow Pod

  • Small step ladder or stool
  • Philips Screw Driver

Step 1: Power off the Minnow Pod by turning the power switch (located on top of the Pod on the right side) to the OFF position.

Step 2: Remove the top panel of the Minnow Pod by removing the two screws with a Philips Screw Driver

Step 3: With the top panel removed, disconnect the ethernet cable (outlined in the photo below) from the RUT955 router

Ethernet Troubleshooting

Step 4: With the ethernet cable still disconnected, turn the Minnow Pod back on by turning the power switch (located on top of the Pod on the right side) to the ON position

Step 5: Wait 10 minutes

*During these 10 minutes, the Pod will reboot and establish an internet connection. The touchscreen will say "No internet connection" during this time which is normal

Step 6: After 10 minutes, reconnect the ethernet cable to the RUT955 router

Once you reconnect the ethernet cable, the Minnow App should display on the touchscreen. 

Step 7: Place the top panel back on the Minnow Pod
