FOOD DELIVERY POLICY
Effective [DATE], it is the policy of [PROPERTY NAME] that all food deliveries to the building be handled as follows:
- All restaurant meal deliveries are to be delivered to the Pickup Pod.
- Groceries, large catering orders, and other items that are too large to fit in the Pickup Pod are to be handed directly to the tenant. The delivery worker must contact the tenant for delivery instructions.
- Meal kits that are sent through UPS, Fedex, Amazon or the US Postal Service are to be handed directly to the tenant. The delivery worker must contact the tenant for delivery instructions.
- No alcohol, drugs, or prohibited items may be delivered to the Pickup Pod.
- No letters, parcels, or packages may be delivered to the Pickup Pod.
- To reduce risk of foodborne illness, any food that is not picked up from the Pickup Pod within the allowed pickup window may be removed and discarded.
