How to remove an expired order
How to remove an order that wasn't picked up in time
To remove an order that wasn't picked up in time:
- Go to the Takeout App (https://app.minnowpod.com/takeout).
- Log in to your account.
- If you don't have an account, you'll need to create one. To learn how, see the article "How to create an Admin account."
- The pod location will be shown in the pod location indicator in the upper left corner of the screen. If the location shown is not correct:
- tap on the pod location indicator
- select the correct pod location from the dropdown list
- tap DONE
- Tap on the red cubby that contains the expired order.
- Tap OPEN CUBBY
- Remove the order from the cubby and close the door.
- Tap DONE.
