Is my Pickup Pod refrigerated?

No. Pickup Pods have insulated cubbies to keep food fresh as long as possible, but the cubbies are not refrigerated or heated. The pod was designed for short term storage (up to four hours) of hot and cold food.

Most food delivered to a Pickup Pod is picked up within 15 minutes.
