What happens if a food delivery can't fit in the pod?

Pod operators should have a policy for over-sized deliveries.

Not all food deliveries will fit in the pod. Large pizzas, groceries, and catering orders may not fit in the pod. We recommend that pod operators place a sign on or near the pod that tells delivery workers how to deliver orders that won't fit in the pod.
